Wetink is a weekly digest of new U.S. trademark applications in selected food & beverage Nice classes (029–033 & 043), drawn from public USPTO data. It is a filings skim for market awareness — not a law firm, not a docket tool, and not mark-watch / clearance software.

Data & accuracy
Filings come from public USPTO sources. Index lag, filters, and editorial curation mean the digest is incomplete by design. We do not invent marks or serial numbers; we also do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
